PAUL WARLEY

Paul Warley has more than 30 years of management and leadership experience, and specializes in investment banking and financial restructuring services. He has led such assignments for troubled companies, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and equity investors. These engagements involved services including working capital management, debt capacity, business plan analysis and development, performance improvement, plan feasibility, debt and equity financing, plans of reorganization, merger and acquisition strategies, partnerships and JVs, cash flow modeling, break-even analysis, accounting issues, as well as other troubled company issues.

Mr. Warley’s merger and acquisition and capital advisory experience include M&A (363 Sales), debt, mezzanine and equity capital engagements, valuation services, litigation support, and other special projects.

Paul received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and also served in the U.S. Army for over 10 years.

adam Cohen

Adam Cohen joined Warley & Company in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Adam Cohen held multiple positions within Finance from a CFO of a private equity firm to a national trucking company. He has worked in a niche healthcare company, managed a large restaurant franchise, as well as worked with large companies like The Home Depot.

As a consultant, Adam has worked with numerous companies in multiple industries including transportation & logistics, digital media, manufacturing, consumer products, and nonprofit. He has worked on equity raises, debt refinancing, asset dispositions, M&A, operational consulting, and lease negotiations. Adam has worked on behalf of both lenders and owners.

Mark David kennedy

Mark David Kennedy has more than 10 years of investment banking and financial services experience. Mark has worked on various debt and equity raises, plus merger and acquisitions transactions. He managed engagements at Tim James, Inc, Old Castle Infrastructure, and Robinson & Humphrey. He worked on several engagements for Warley & Company while getting his MBA.

Mark is experienced in business plan preparation, merger & acquisitions strategies, working capital management, performance improvement and modeling.

Mark David received a B.S. Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a MBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School.
